Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the prorated difference will be charged immediately. If you downgrade, you'll be credited on your next billing cycle.
What counts as an 'AI action'?
An AI action includes transcribing a voice note, generating an email draft, creating a social media post, or automatically extracting tasks from a conversation. Basic navigation and standard UI actions do not count.
Do you offer a team or brokerage plan?
Not yet — Stadora is solo-first today, with Pro built for individual agents. A Team tier with shared pipelines, brokerage branding, and a manager dashboard is on the roadmap. Email teams@stadora.ai to join the waitlist and get early access when it ships.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, but our Free Solo Starter tier is available indefinitely so you can test the app thoroughly before paying.
How secure is my clients' data?
Your data is yours. It's never sold, never shared with other agents, and never used to train AI models. Each account is fully isolated, and you can export or delete everything from settings whenever you want.
