Yes — the Solo Starter tier is free forever, with unlimited leads and properties plus a monthly allowance of AI actions and campaign emails. Stadora Pro lifts the caps for $24.99/mo (or $229.99/yr). Billing runs through the App Store and Play Store; you can upgrade from Settings → Upgrade to Pro.
What devices does it run on?
Stadora is a native app for iPhone (iOS 17+), iPad (iPadOS 17+), and Android (12+). One account follows you across every device — open the app on your phone in the car, your iPad at a showing, no setup.
How does voice capture work?
Tap to record after a showing or a call. Stadora transcribes the note, pulls out the tasks, lead updates, and property notes inside it, and files everything against the right records automatically — no typing, no copy-paste.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Stadora is offline-first. Reads come from a local cache, writes queue locally and replay when you're back online. The screen updates the moment you tap.
How is my data secured?
Your data is yours. It's never sold, never shared with other agents, and never used to train AI models. Each account is fully isolated, and you can export or delete everything from settings whenever you want.
Can I delete my account?
Yes — Settings → Account → Delete account. Two-step confirmation, soft-deletes immediately, hard-deletes after 30 days. App-store compliant by design.
